Aircraft Security Search – EU 2015/1998 11.2.3.6 1 Course Code 11-2-3-6-IE-EN-SB
Prerequisites: Good understanding of English.
Description Target Group: Persons implementing aircraft security searches
Training Language: English
Duration: 2 to 3 hours
Final Test: All trainees need to pass a final exam in order to complete the security course.The minimum pass grade is 85%. If a trainee fails for the first time, he/she will be given a second attempt at the exam. If a trainee fails twice, he/she will have to retake the entire course.
Certification: The trainee receives his/her certificate as soon as he/she has successfully passed the final test.
Validity: 3 years
Course Outline – 11.2.3.6 Aircraft Security Search Training
Upon completing this online training you will have the knowledge of:
- The legal requirements for aircraft security searches
- The configuration of the type(s) of aircraft
- Identifying prohibited articles
- The ability to respond appropriately to the detection of prohibited articles
- How prohibited articles may be concealed
- The requirements to implement aircraft security searches to a standard sufficient to reasonably ensure the detection of concealed prohibited articles
